Event Venues
Depending on the number of guests and the day you are dreaming of…. we have 4 potential venues. If you are looking for the fresh air of the outdoors for your ceremony, our Garden Patio will be ideal for an outdoor ceremony. Should you wish to hold your wedding ceremony in the Garden Patio or Bow Valley Ballroom prior to the reception, a minimum three hour turn around time is required and additional charge of $500 will apply.
For your wedding reception, we will provide the complete set up of the room including an in house sound system with a podium & microphone (for the ballrooms), white linen tablecloths and napkins, skirted gift table, guest book table, cake table and raised head table upon request. The Hotel will provide you with basic centerpieces. You may supply your own centerpieces; however, no open flames are permitted.
Evening wedding receptions & social events will have access to the room (s) after 5:00 pm on the date of the function, unless otherwise approved by the Conference Service Manager.
Bow Valley BallroomThe elegantly modern design of the Bow Valley Ballroom with neutral décor is a great backdrop for the reception you have always imagined. This space boasts a large foyer area that is great for your pre-dinner reception. The capacity of the Bow Valley Ballroom is a maximum of 200 guests for a served dinner, and 220 guests for a buffet dinner. The rental for this spectacular room is $1,500 and has a minimum food and beverage revenue requirement of $10,000. |
Garden Patio RoomThis distinctive Garden Patio Room enhances the moment with its private adjacent rooftop patio to enjoy all the grandeur that Downtown Calgary has to offer. Located on the second floor of the hotel, the Garden Patio has a maximum capacity of 120 guests for dinner. The rental is $995 and has a food and beverage revenue minimum requirement of $5,500. |
Conservatory RoomOnce a private restaurant dining room, the Conservatory sets an ambiance that is very unique. Its out of the ordinary layout provides an area for mingling and another for dinner. The maximum capacity of 50 people for dinner. Rental for this room is $495 and has a minimum food and beverage revenue requirement of $2,500. |
Den and Olympic RoomsThese rooms are a great combination for a cherished ceremony and dinner. Enjoy your pre-dinner reception or ceremony in one room (Olympic) then move to the next for an elegant dinner. Maximum capacity for the Den or Olympic room is 40 people. The rental for either room is $495. and in combination is $750. Note: For Conservatory/Den/Olympic, if a dance floor is required, we would be pleased to provide one for an additional cost of $425. If a podium with microphone and sound system is required, the additional cost is $200. |
